Justin Glanville

Justin Glanville writes woozy, slightly abstract songs that mix elements
of pop, folk and country music. Robbery, love and astronomy all play central roles in his
music.
After gigging around New York City for several years, Justin recently
settled into the studio with producers Ron Haney and Bart Schoudel (The
Churchills) to record his first full-length album. The record, to be self-released by the
end of summer, contains 10 original compositions and features such fine supporting musicians
as Joe McGinty (Ryan Adams, Devendra Banhart), Bruce Tull (The Scud Mountain Boys, Lo Fine)
and Claire Freeman (The Sharp Things).
He has played solo and with a band at such
venues as Rockwood Music Hall, the Knitting Factory, the Living Room, the Lizard Lounge and
Pete's Candy Store in Brooklyn.
Stay tuned for MP3s and more details on the album,
and thanks for your interest!
